Angela Quail is passionate about the potential of personas. As a corporate innovation consultant, Angela has used persona-based tools to help Microsoft, FedEx, Intel, Abbott Labs, Harcourt, and other leading companies align with real customers' goals. Angela's industry experience includes software development, medical instruments, publishing, law, human resources services, real estate development, and transportation.
Before joining Goal Centric, Angela utilized personas as a designer in a variety of consulting engagements at Alan Cooper’s design firm, Cooper Interaction Design, now Cooper. Angela has since then pioneered the repurposing of personas as strategic decision-making tools that build customer-centric organizations.
In addition to corporate consulting, Angela has successfully launched and maintained three small businesses.
Angela graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Philosophy, an MA in Modern Thought, and a hunger for ideas that work.
